MEMBERS - If you are not attending our meeting please submit your 2019 Ballot by mail or email. Election of officers and board of director members will be conducted at this meeting. You will find a ballot/proxy sheet in this package as well. We would like for all members to attend this meeting, however if you cannot be there, please send your proxy to Connie Green, Election Committee Chairman, so that your vote can be counted. Connie’s address and email are on the ballot.
