Qualifying
classes are
$25 and
Championship
Classes are
$50. If
every member
would
sponsor a
$25 class,
that alone
would raise
nearly $5000
to go toward
the show.
Patronages

allow us to
provide a
great
exhibitors
dinner, a
welcome
social and
pizza
party. It
is those
things that
we want to
do for GAHA
members and
for the
folks that
come to
exhibit with
us. Please

We still
have 8 Box
Seats
outside
Patron
Packages,
but you do
get the
biggest bang
for you buck
in the
Packages.
Box Seats
include 8
seats and a
table for
the entire
Summer
Classic
Series.
Thank you

last year,
wait till
you see what
we have THIS
year! These
will sell
out fast.
Accommodations
As of
Friday, the
Hawthorn
Suites still
had around
30 rooms
left for
June 3 - 8.
If you are
planning on
staying at
the
Hawthorn,
stop reading
this email
and call
them
NOW!
This hotel
sells out
first and
fast. We
have
negotiated
show rates
with both
the Hawthorn
and the
Conyers
Ramada Inn.
Info on both
hotels is on
our
website.
When booking
your
reservations,
please make
sure to
mention that
you want the
GAHA Summer
Classic
rate. We
are also
talking to
other hotels
trying to
arrange
special
rates.

wear during
the time you
give us,

I'm sending

everyone who
has emailed
me directly
about
volunteering
for the
show. We're
getting
really close
and I would
love to be
able to fill
in my blank
spaces with
names. I
know a lot
of you were
waiting till
the prize
list was
out, and I
know I got
mine last
week in the
mail.
FYI.....If
you did not
receive one,
it is posted
on our
website. I
understand
if you don't
feel at this
time you can
commit, but
I need to
know as soon
as
possible,
so I can get
a head count
and get all
my spaces
filled.
I still have
openings
everywhere -
outgate,
John Deere
booth,
Center ring
ribbons,
scribes,
ingates for
Dressage and
Sporthorse
and also
some H/J
work. You
don't need
to commit to
a whole day
- maybe a
session or
just a 1/2
day at the
outer rings
- whatever
you feel you
can give to
us!
Also, when
you sign up
PLEASE send
me your
shirt size
so we can
get you
some tshirts
to wear!

Vendors
We have some
exciting
vendors
coming to
our show
this year,
but we would
still like
to have
more. We
offer
vendors LOW
rates as we
want to
build a
quality
shopping
venue for
people that
attend our
show.

you would

vendor or
know someone
that would,

classes in
both the R12
and R14
qualifiers.

will list
what classes
have been
added since
the Prize
List has
gone out.
